Sunny second-floor flat in green area, 15 min ride to Glasgow Uni

We are looking for somebody to take care of our flat for the upcoming months (April 1st to July 5th). The flat is in a recently built development (2014) on the second floor. It has one bedroom, an office with a bedsofa, a large living room with a connected kitchen, a hall, and a bathrooms. There is also a balcony with morning sun. The flat comes fully furnished, and a baby or small child could be accommodated if necessary. There is wireless internet as well. The office comes with desk, PC, a large bookshelf and a reading chair. The flat is situated around 15 minutes ride (30 minute walk) to Glasgow Uni campus and to the subway, which means that one can be in the city centre within half an hour. We have a bike available that can be used for the duration of the stay. There is a big Tesco supermarket within a 10 minute walk.
