One (+) bedroom private apartment with great light & office space

I'm looking to rent my beloved Philly apartment while I begin grad school in Massachusetts this summer. The apartment is technically a two-bedroom, but it's set up with one bedroom and my art studio. You're welcome to use this space to make (not super messy) art if you have a practice, but it would also function great as an office with a window-facing desk and plenty of storage. I also have a very nice air mattress, so works as a second bedroom for a guest, or, if you are two, we can talk about setting it up as an actual bedroom. There is a finished basement off of hallway which I haven't photographed because it will be full of my stored things. It does have a little couch and a couple bookshelves with some good titles if you want to use it as a reading space and a very nice large screen TV. I'm the only apartment with access to the backyard. It's a pretty basic city yard and I couldn't do any planting this year due to construction, but it has some very simple plastic furniture for outdoor dining or reading. Mentioned elsewhere, but happy to come down on rent if you promise to care for my plants - otherwise I'll be finding homes for them over the summer.
