Description
We love Boulder… while we have lived in many neighborhoods in Boulder since the 80s, we love this neighborhood the most. We are within walking distance to the best hiking trails, coffee shops, and an organic market. We are within walking distance to Pearl street and about a mile from the CU campus making a perfect bike commute. We have an electric bike that you are welcome to use! The house used to be a Waldorf preschool and much of the charm of those days can still be felt throughout. The huge trees, being close to the mountain and the stream running through the property makes it very cool in the summer. The Japanese soaker tub off the bedroom makes coming home from a day of skiing at Eldora (30 minutes away) a dream. We know you will enjoy our house and neighborhood as much as we do.
