Beautiful 1980 brick condominium near the water with good walkability to china town, theater, financial, and many city landmarks. The condo is a loft configuration with large bedroom upstairs that also has an office and reading area. Adequate walk-in closet/dressing area,and full bath with towel warmer and smart toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Good internet and very comfortable furniture with seating for 4 in the Diningroom. A small private patio is lovely for outdoor dining. 24/7 concierge and very safe area wit parks and fountains. Views of the Bay Bridge makes walking day or night pretty magical. Peter and I have a country cottage in winecoutry-Sonoma. That is an hour away so any easy commute for day trips. We are near Stanford and Berkeley and go often tot he cultural activities.

Comments: Everything-It's 1/2 block from the water near the Embarcadero. You can walk for 1-2 hours without crossing the street . Walk to 20-30 restaurants and great public transport. The best sports club in the city is across the street. Very quiet.
