Looking for someone who loves pets in return for a fabulous condo.

I am recently retired, having owned my own business for 18 years. I love to travel and did an extensive amount of it growing up and with my company. Now I have the time to learn languages, read, volunteer and most of all, travel to new places and return to places I love, which is the reason for this request. My dog and cat are truly my sole mats, leaving them for (3) months is heartbreaking, I need to ensure they will be taken care of and loved. Boarding them or relocating them is simply not ideal. They are so well behaved and loving. Everyone adores them, my dog especially since he is a gentle giant. He is well trained, never gets on the furniture and sleeps in the crate. He loves everyone. The cat keeps to herself, she is a cat! My condo is is wonderful. The building is a small one, many of the residents only live here part time, so its quiet. My unit has very tall ceilings, open space, lots and lots of light throughout the year and I have taken extra care to furnish it to be exactly my taste. I am looking for someone that is respectful of other peoples things, not interested in throwing huge parties, although having friends over is fine, my unit is perfect for great dinner parties. The building could not be located any better, right in-between the "heart" of Georgetown and Dupont Circle and foggy bottom. Tons of restaurants, nightlife, the metro is 4-5 blocks away, we are on a bus line, and lots of people biking. I love where I live, I will be here forever, I just need to travel as well and continue my language skills. I will be gone for (3) months, but have some friends that can, if needed, come and stay for periods of time, so I am trying piece all of this together so that the "kids" are taken care of.
