House is two floors on a quiet residential street in Kensington. Walking distance to the shops, to the library, and the bus (#7, #67). 1 Off street parking spot, views of the bay from most rooms in the house. 3 separate outdoor areas to relax in or socialize. Natural light throughout the house. Blackout curtains in many of the rooms. Radiant heating throughout. Queen bed with memory foam in each room; master bedroom has a temperature controlled mattress. Rent includes internet, utilities, garbage pickup. Rent does not include electricity used to charge an EV. Security deposit required & a $100 cleaning fee. Pets negotiable and extra fee may be required. House has a fantastic kitchen, with all the tools you'll need. Office is a dedicated room and with an A/C as this room can get very hot on sunny days. Office has many desirable gym equipment including weights, bench, and stationary bicycle. Access to the deck from the office and from living room. Patio access from Kitchen and living room. A third bedroom and a second kitchen is available for the right tenant. Price to be negotiated. We will take our 2 cats with us but be aware this isn't the house for you if you have a cat allergy. Minimum 6 weeks rental. $3000 monthly rental price based on 2 adults. More for a larger group. Our neighbours are all WFH - no parties allowed. 20 stairs to the front door, please consider if you have bad knees.
