The house is 2bed/2 bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large dresser and cozy armchair. The master bath is attached - with a large, tiled shower, two sinks and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and a desk + office chair for a great work-from-home space. The full guest bathroom is just off to the side, with a shower/bathtub. The screened-in back porch is a wonderful place to pass the summer evenings. We have a large dining table, chairs and two fans out there. We are happy to have dogs stay - we even have a doggy door that fits dogs approx. up to 50lbs but is best suited for little dogs. No cats allowed unfortunately because of allergies. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. Kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates/bowls, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and much more available for tenant use. Cherrywood is a lovely neighborhood with great coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. There are trails nearby both in the neighborhood and in the adjacent neighborhood of Mueller. Just a few minutes from East Austin and Downtown, and walking distance to UT campus. Cherrywood is a colorful and welcoming neighborhood, a homey location in the middle of everything Austin has to offer. Gas and internet included. Tenant responsible for city bill (water, electric, etc).
