The apartment has three bedrooms: two are spacious, with one of them even having its own private balcony. The third bedroom is small and compact but could be ideal for a child. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a large fridge, washing machine, new dishwasher, and oven. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment has double-glazed windows that keep it peaceful inside, something quite rare in Barcelona. There are also two balconies, perfect for relaxing, and for those who smoke, they offer a convenient outdoor space. The apartment is well-connected by public transport, with three metro lines nearby: Jaume I on the L4, Arc de Triomf on the L1, and Liceu on the L3, which runs along La Rambla. Estació de França, a major regional train station, is just a ten-minute walk away. Daily conveniences are easily accessible, with supermarkets and grocery stores close by, including an ALDI just two minutes away. The famous Santa Caterina Market is also nearby, offering fresh seafood, meat, fruits, and vegetables.
