Spacious Furnished Condo with Balconies in Central Montreal

I'm a tenure-track professor at the University of Vermont and am planning to spend the summer months in Montreal before returning to Vermont for the 2026-2027 academic year. The place was home to me and my husband for five years, and we would like to entrust it to a responsible and caring individual or couple. I have a fully furnished, spacious condo with all appliances included, including a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer and air conditioning/heat pump. It features two large balconies, a separate utility room, a separate office space/den and ample storage. The bathroom includes a full-size tub and a walk-in shower. The bedroom has direct access to one of the balconies and includes a king-size bed along with a spacious closet. All utilities and high-speed internet (0.5 gigabit fibre) are included. The location is extremely convenient - It is on the north side of the Village, close to the Plateau. There is a metro station, a large and cheap grocery store, a lovely park, and multiple eating and drinking establishments all within a 5-minute walk. McGill, Concordia and UQAM are all under 20 minutes away by transit. The street is quiet and the apartment has a stunning, unobstructed view of a former factory that has been converted into a performing arts space. This also means that the apartment is relatively private. The neighbours in the 8-unit building are all friendly and respectful. If you're looking for an urban space with easy access to Montreal's universities, I'd love to hear from you! If you enjoy plants, I would be happy to leave them in your care, but I can also arrange for them to be shipped off somewhere else.
