Spacious and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the perfect location—just a 10-minute walk to The Commons and right off Six Mile Creek. Enjoy easy access to both downtown amenities and Cornell’s campus. The apartment features a wraparound patio, perfect for summer relaxation, and gets amazing natural light throughout the day. Single occupant preferred, couples considered, no pets, no parties, no smoking or drug use. I kindly ask that you water my plants once a week for stays longer than 2 weeks. Dates are completely flexible for the right fit. A minimum stay is one month. A minimum security Deposit of $1,000 is required (100% refundable if the apartment and belongings are left in original condition and the above rules are respected). In-person meeting is preferred but FaceTime works too
