This apartment is ideal for either a solo traveler or a couple. The tenant(s) should be respectful of the neighbors (quiet hours are from 11:00pm-6:30 am), and pay their rent on time. If you do have a pet, they must be house trained and relatively quiet. It is important to note that there is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the third floor. This location is perfect for anybody who wants access to downtown Chicago, but also wishes to have a quieter home base away from the bustle of the city. The neighborhood has many local businesses and restaurants that appreciate support and patronage, and there are various running and swimming groups that meet right on the corner of Jarvis. If you're a musician, the Tavern (less than a 2 minute walk away) hosts an open mic every Wednesday.

The neighborhood is very dog-friendly, has many restaurant and coffee shop options, and has many jogging paths that go along the shores of Lake Michigan.
