Paris Marais historic 17thC light quiet 1 bedroom

I hesitate to write this review because I don't want Anna's place to be booked next time I'm town (!) but I am duty-bound to share how lovely it is. Anna is the perfect host, so responsive and thoughtful, and the flat couldn't be better. Quiet courtyard, lots of books, comfy bed, and a kitchen that actually inspired me to cook! I think it goes without saying that the neighborhood is top-shelf - plenty of delicious markets and restaurants right outside your door. I've already booked my next stay. (p.s. If you're there for a longer stay, like I was, Dorota is a wonderful housekeeper!)

An absolutely beautiful, elegant, comfortable and cool flat located a block from the Places des Vosges and two blocks from the Seine. Anna couldn't have been lovelier and I couldn't have been happier. Truly the best location in Paris. Please don't rent this place because I want it always to be available for my return.

As with the other reviewer, Anna's apt is in the middle of vibrant Marais half a block away from all the great food shops of Rue Saint Antoine but very quiet once inside overlooking a beautiful courtyard. The apartment has been lovingy maintained and updated with everything one needs. The large and convivial open kitchen has been renovated to a high standard with a great oven for any kind of cooking. The location cannot be any more convenient with Bastille on one side and Saint Paul on the other to get to anywhere in Paris on the metro. Anna was extremely responsive and thorough with everything. I highly recommend staying here as it is very comfortable, convenient and homey.

We would challenge anyone to find a more perfect address in Paris. It's.truly in the throbbing heart of things, yet wonderfully quiet,.and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and self-contained stay..While so many studio flats have impossibly tiny kicthens for anything more substantial than toast, at Anna's place you can actually cook a meal, and eat it in a spacious dining area. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, reflecting Anna's interest in making life as easy as possible for the renter.Her helpful notes nclude local retail recommendations. We were hit with a heatwave during our stay, and Anna was in prompt touch to ensure that we were ok.We couldn't have dealt with a nicer person. We'll happily return.
