Your room has a double bed, built-in closet, night stand, lamp, mirror, small desk, and window overlooking a treed neighbourhood street. The rest of the apartment has a large Kitchen, shared Bathroom (shower and tub), multiple-purpose workroom e.g. office space, living room (sectional sofa, tv). This is a quiet building with the apartment on the (top) third floor of a classic century walkup in Parkdale. Pay-per-use laundry in building. Steps from 504 King (24hr) streetcar. Walkable to grocery stores, plus lakefront and trails a 10 minute walk away. This is a LGBTQ+ safe space.
