Description
I am a professor at CU Boulder in the Chemistry department and will be on sabbatical in the Fall. I'm looking to rent my house for some of the summer and the Fall semester. Ideal tenants would be those who would look after the home, and enjoy the surrounding area. The home is near several trails, Wonderland lake, the North Boulder market area (Lucky's), and about a 2 mile walk to downtown Pearl street along residential 4th street.
