The apartment is located in Santana, a peaceful residential area just 5 minutes uphill from the historic fishing village of Sesimbra, its stunning bay and its medieval castle. In Santana you are just minutes from charming villages, wineries, stunning Atlantic beaches and hiking trails, yet only 40 minutes drive away from Lisbon. Street parking near the apartment building is free and easy to find, making it the perfect choice if you plan to rent a car and explore the nearby Atlantic coast, the many sites of the region, Lisbon and beyond. In Santana there are plenty of grocery shops, restaurants, medical clinics and all kinds of ammenities within walking distance of the apartment. Public buses serve the surrounding localities and take you to/from Lisbon in about 50 minutes. The apartment is in a modern building equipped with an elevator. The spacious living room opens out to a balcony with a view for miles of the surrounding country and coast. A bright kitchen opens to a sunny balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washer. The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower. The main bedroom has a king bed and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The smaller bedroom has two single beds for overnight guests and a desk and is suitable as a home office. The apartment is served by high-speed fibre optic internet.
