This apartment is just two minutes from Fondamente Nuove (from where water taxis and public transports leave for the islands, Piazzale Roma, and connections to the airport). On foot you can reach SS Giovanni e Paolo (with its beautiful church and the town Hospital) in 5 minutes, St. Mark's Square in 15 minutes, and Rialto Bridge in 10 minutes. The apartment extends over 75 m2 and is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a view of an internal garden and it is very quiet and bright. Air conditioning is available It is located on the first floor and it is composed by: an entrance corridor, a spacious leaving area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a little desk and a bathroom with a shower. Due to a regional law, we can rent our flat only to people coming to Venice for studying or working and/or other certified reasons .
