Southold Village, just 4 miles from the old whaling town of Greenport offers everything a beachtown offers in the off season. Peace and quiet, in walking distance, the historic village of Southold ...a few open restaurants, a walk to grocery store, antique shops, yoga studio empty beach. As Springs comes around, our garden starts to bloom and this North Fork village begins to prepare for the busy Summer season. If its quiet to write and study, this is the place. If it's long Spring days at the beach, this is also the place. Willing to discuss Summer rental but sorry, the in season rate is more expensive. If interested, happy to chat at length and answer any/all questions.
