Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, is comfortable, fully equipped and recently renovated. It is within an upmarket, secure building with a heated, outdoor pool plus a small gym. The main bedroom has a queen bed (with a quality medium/firm mattress, ) and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a king bed arranged as two long singles. The second bathroom is next to this bedroom. We are on the 4th floor, level access via a lift, and have lots of natural light. The view from the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen is that which can be seen in the last photo (showing a snapshot of the New Year's Eve fireworks taken from our balcony), with an office building to the right and part of the harbour in the distance straight ahead. Stepping onto the balcony gives a fuller view of the city scape ahead and to the left. ur excellent glazing means it is not an intrusive noise indoors. A car is not necessary for everyday life here. Everything is within easy reach, either on foot or by public transport with buses, trains and even ferries from Circular Quay being fast and efficient. Please note that parking in the surrounding streets is limited and metered. We keep our own car in the allocated parking bay in our building, where there is also some visitor parking for short stays. Finally, please note that this is our home and we have some personal things stored in the property. However, there is plenty of storage available for you.

Comments: Our spacious home is between the city and the surf, all amenities and public transport within a few mins walk - shops, restaurants, medical, Westfield, Centennial Park.
Comments: Sorry, but no pets, no smoking or parties, out of consideration for our neighbours. We would expect to find the apartment in as good a condition in which it will be found. In this case a full refund of a security bond will be returned promptly.
Comments: Ideally we are looking for mature, respectful tenants. As this is our home some of our belongings will be in situ although plenty of space will be available for yours.
We have two plants which need watering, please.

Comments: Transport and all conveniences of Bondi Junction are right on the doorstep. Westfield is a few mins walk, the city 3 stops by train, Circular Quay 25mins by bus and within half an hour walk or bus you can be at Bronte, Bondi and Tamarama beaches.
