I'm subletting my large 1-bedroom apartment in Inwood (Seaman and 204) while I'm away over the summer 2026 (July–September; flexible dates) as well as earlier: May 24-June 1 (also somewhat flexible)! The apartment is on the 8th floor (there is an elevator) and gets a ton of light. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room, a separate and large living room with a spacious and pleasant desk set up, plus books, records, Apple TV, etc. The bedroom is also large, very quiet, and can be bright or dark with the use of curtains. I have an extra double-sized floor mattress that can be placed in the bedroom or the living room for extra sleepers! Lanudry is in the building. The A train is a short 5-minute walk away, the 1 train is about 10 minutes away.
