New 2 Bd/2.5 Bath on Ocean Bluffs

Description

I am a professor at UCSB who is away on leave until September 2025. We are renting our furnished 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse (1,250 square feet) from June 13th-July 12th, 2026. We would like to find renters who can stay this whole time, but would consider a shorter stay. The rent is $4000 per month, not including utilities (prorated for a shorter stay). The townhouse is part of the UCSB Ocean Walk complex on North Campus: https://oceanwalk.ucsb.edu. The Ocean Walk complex is conveniently located near campus and is walking distance from the beach. The home is fully furnished, as seen in the photos. We have only lived here since September, so the house itself and the furniture is all almost new. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a (very comfortable) queen-sized murphy bed. There are linens, dishware, and kitchenware, and an in-unit washer dryer. We have a roofed patio that we use as a home office. We also have a 1-car garage, which we have converted into a playground (plus a second "play nook" in the house), and a second designated parking space (additional cars can be parked in the community lot when you enter the complex). While we have a backyard, we have not yet landscaped it. You will be able to use all of the complex amenities, including the pool and hot tub, gym, and playground. The complex is next to public walking trails that go to the bluffs. You can walk to the bluffs and down to the beach in about ten minutes.
