You can walk to downtown in two minutes. 10 he Eastside and 15 minutes to campus. And 1.5 blocks away is a pathway along the lake. And there's another gorgeous lake about eight blocks south. Oh, also central A/C, dishwasher, and washing machine. I normally live here, but am gone on sabbatical. Utilities are not included.
