The house is cozy and comfortable (in the winter I really like the heated tile floors and deep bath tub). It’s an easy walk to Penn, CHOP, Rittenhouse Square, and the Schulykill River Trail. I’ve tried to cancel all the mail to the house, but inevitably stuff continues to show up. It would be great if you could throw anything relevant in a box for me (I will leave the box).

There are a few interior house plants. If you want them to stay alive, they’ll need some water. If you don’t feel like watering, I will not be heartbroken if they die.
Comments: If it snows, the front of the house will need to be shoveled (this happens maybe 2-3 times per winter). There is a shovel and salt in the basement.
