Solar House with Huge Yard, One Bedroom With Office

This house was designed and built by my father, who was an architecture professor who specialized in passive solar design. There's a solarium that's naturally heated with water tubes and other features that keep the house cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with access to the first outdoor deck. They both open onto an atrium so I think of this as one bedroom with a guest room or workout room (but you could easily convert the second bedroom into a proper bedroom for e.g. a young child). There is also a full bathroom upstairs. The downstairs features a full kitchen, half bathroom, large desk and office area, dining area, solarium, living area with TV, and piano. There is another large outdoor deck on the roof of the garage as well as several outdoor hang out spaces on the ground level. The large yard features garden beds, a bird feeder, and a large blackberry patch for those of you who enjoy gardening (but paid gardeners come in monthly for maintenance). This is a very quiet neighborhood, near several bike and walking paths. Albany is ten minutes away (grocery stores, cafes, yoga studios, etc).
