Modern furnished apartment in Amsterdam Oost close to city centre

We are Jan and Elke, a married couple who travelled the world and lived abroad for several years. About 5 years ago we bought an apartment in the east part of Amsterdam. Our apartment is on the first floor, we do not have an elevator so you have to be able to walk 1 set of stairs. We´re in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 mintues walking distance to Javastraat with a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. We live next to the water where you can do watersports and close by there are 2 parks and several super markets. Within 15 minuts by bicycle you are in the city centre of Amsterdam and the central station. At the end of February 2025 we want to travel for a few months and we are looking for people, preferably a couple, to rent our apartment. The apartment has a livingroom, fully equiped kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and seperate toilet and we have a spare room. We use it to store some stuff, hang our laundry and as a guestroom but you can use it as an office or 2nd bedroom as well. The apartment is fully renovated 5 years ago and we furnished it with sustainable and modern materials and high grade furniture. Although we have really nice and helpfull neighbours, big parties or lots of noise will not be accepted.
