Description
We are a retired professional couple who love to travel. We desire a professional couple to rent our house, older children preferred, We have a beach house so are flexible on the dates if you need to be here when Uni starts, however, we will want to return to Auckland on 25th September. We have adult children for contact and who will collect any mail. We have successfully leased the house twice before, and believe we offer a great solution for those who need a place next year for work or study. Because the house is so private, and in a secure friendly area, we are sure you will have a wonderful experience here. With two full bathrooms (no bath but showers) and a toilet/vanity room on the main floor, three private bedrooms, every member of your family can be catered for. We are open to discuss by phone or email or to view at any time.

Comments: Privacy and tranquility! Walk to everything! Catch train and ferry to gulf islands and coastal suburbs. This is a modern gem. Steep drive but plenty of turning space and internally accessed garage.

Comments: We are flexible on the start and finish dates, however, would like the house taken for the summer holidays if possible. If you are wanting somewhere in walking distance of Newmarket all transport, this is it, down amongst the birds!
