In this appartment one can sit on the large balcony and watch wonderful sunsets. The appartment has everything one needs for daily life (a fully furnished kitchen (including a Nespresso machine and an Espresso machine, toaster, waterboiler, microwave, ..), bathroom with a walk-in shower (containing a buid-in sitting) and a bidet, separate toilet room, high speed internet (fibre), home bike...), a patio for sun baths and lunches in the sun, including in winter, a garage for the car, public transportations nearby,.. The master bedroom has a double bed. The 2nd bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed (for the back and the feet) that is for 1 person (or two small people). In the living room there are two arm chairs that can be transformed into single beds. The 2nd bed room can also be used as an office room. There is a TV in the living room, the kitchen and each bedroom. The balcony and the patio are equipped with tables and chairs. The former owner had cats. The appartment is totally clean (I am myself allergic to cats), but there are still traces from the cat's scratchings on the wall. We hope you do not mind of these signatures left by dynamic cats. The appartment has the charm of a typical French habitation. It is not a newly designed stylish flat. Close to the appartments, there is a bakery, a grocery, a delicatessen store, a butcher, a post-office, a newspaper kiosk, a fishmonger, pharmacy, café and pizzeria. The next bigger grocery holds an amazon locker and other utilities. It's about a 15-20 minutes walk or short bus ride to the old town of Antibes, Juan les Pins, the beaches, train station and harbor. The beaches and city hold multiple restaurants, cafés and shops. One can have lunches outside even in Winter.
