We are a young family with a beautifully appointed apartment steps from Yale's campus, restaurants, shops, etc. looking to rent our New Haven apartment to a tidy and responsible tenant during our summer trip to Berlin. There is both an outside entry area (indoors, but external to the apartment itself) and inside entry area, very wide central hallway, a large living room with comfortable and chic seating, a beautifully appointed dining room with large dining room table made of reclaimed wood and a small seating area with a sleeper sofa and ottoman, an adjoining a newly remodeled kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, a very large primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and three large dressers and a peloton bike and closet, a primary bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a second bedroom with a full sized bed and dresser and closet, a jack and jill bathroom with shower connecting the second bedroom to the third bedroom which is currently configured as a baby's room with a crib, though can be reconfigured to fit your family's needs, either with a queen sized bed or as an office.
