I am an academic spending my time between London and Washington DC. While in DC, I rent out my beloved apartment in London to fellow professionals or academics on sabbatical that would like to stay in for several months. The location is hard to beat---the flat is on the first floor of a period house in a Conservation Area, with the convenience of having the Caledonian Road metro station (Piccadilly line) three blocks away. Tesco, Sainsbury and Waitrose grocery stores are all walking distance. Flat equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and modern kitchen. Price is very competitive as the flat is offered ready to move with your suitcase---price includes all utlities/furniture/furnishings/linen/appliances. Right now I am looking forward to find someone to rent it out from 1st Sep 2026 till May/June 2027. Dates are flexible. Minimum stay 3 months.
