The apartment is in very good condition, as it was recently painted. Rooms are very sunny and contain old-style, classy, wooden furniture, such as a big wooden desk and large closets. There is a washer. However, there is no dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub that also has a shower fixture. The kitchen is fully equipped but is not sunny. And there is no parking space. Residents usually park on the street. There are two balconies, one facing the New Acropolis Museum, the other facing a quiet backyard. In the evenings tenants enjoy the view of the magnificently-lit museum.
