Old Provence house with character

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Jeff's property. He and his wife Marie went above and beyond to make sure that we all had a great experience. The property itself is perfectly and beautifully appointed, every need has been considered, one will want for nothing. The location is convenient to the local sights; hikes and beaches of Gorges du Verdon, charming villages, and the Mediterranean beaches an hour away. The village itself is lovely with everything one could need within walking distance and a fabulous market several times a week. We would happily return to stay in the future. Great experience, great house, great hosts. It's people like Jeff and Marie that make this website such a gem.

The house is spacious and well equipped. I cooked several meals without complications. We had 4 sets of guests over the month who were all comfortable. The landlords were delightful and extremely helpful. We wished we could have spent more time with them! M-J, a seamstress w/a studio in their home down the street, made all of the curtains, bed linens, pillowcases and table linens and they are stunning. J can fix anything and very quickly, too; we broke a lamp and had a button stuck in the washing machine. On our last day, besides helping us with our luggage, J touched up a scratch on our rental car. We cycled around the gorge, visited the cascade, vineyards and enjoyed the restaurants & Markets in Aups. Splendid visit!
