Our home is a light-filled modern, loft-style architectural condo with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows in the living room, two bedrooms on the lower levels, both with adjoining bathrooms, and an additional loft room that can be used as a guest bedroom, TV room or office. The living space consists of a living room, dining area and open kitchen (fully equipped and ready for cooking) as well as an outdoor terrace with seating for two. Our rooftop is ideal for outdoor summer entertainment with a great view over the city. The master bedroom has a king size, the second bedroom a queen size bed with high quality and new mattresses. The location is fantastic. One of LA's best food markets, Erewhon Market is within a two-minute walk. Many other restaurants, pharmacy, bank, grocery stores, parks , farmers' markets are also within walking distance. We are within a 8-15 minute drive of Santa Monica's beaches, downtown Santa Monica with its restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Brentwood, Venice, West LA ,Culver City, Beverly Hills are all within 10-25 minutes by car. (Depending on traffic.) The apartment is located within a 10-15 walk to the LA Metro line with easy access to Downtown LA and USC. We are cat owners so the apartment may not be suitable to those allergic to cats.
