My apartment is bright, cosy and fully equipped with balcony and just as lovely as it looks in the photos. It features a big living and dining room, a double bedroom and a fully equipped office for 2 people. It is ready for you to settle in, whether you are coming on a cultural trip or to work from home. The location is amazing: just a 10-minute stroll to the old town and the Turia gardens. You’ll be in a quiet, safe, and local neighbourhood with all the shops and services you might need—close to the city buzz but peaceful when you want to wind down. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and mosquito nets in the bedroom. The walls are insulated for sound and temperature, and there’s an electronic security lock for extra peace of mind. There’s also an osmosis water filter system in the kitchen to improve water quality. While Valencia’s tap water is safe to drink, it does taste bad. The balcony is a sunny gem. Perfect for your morning coffee or an evening drink. Facing southwest, it gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The kitchen is super spacious and it is fully stocked with crockery, glasses (yes, wine glasses too!), and all the appliances you’ll need such as a hand blender, water kettle, toaster, toasted-sandwich maker, plastic and glass containers. There are also some cooking and kitchen essentials so, you won't have to worry about those when you move in. If you work remotely, you’ll love the bright office space. It’s set up with two desks, proper office chairs, monitors, a printer, and fast internet (included in the rent). The bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring plenty of storage and a comfortable 150x190 high-quality mattress to ensure a great night’s sleep. The flat is on the fifth floor, with elevator, in a quiet building overlooking a children’s play area and Marxalenes Park. There’s practically no traffic noise, so it’s peaceful day and night. Getting around is a breeze: the tram (stop: Reus) is right at the door, taking you to the beach in under 30 minutes. Buses and the metro are also just a short walk away. What’s included? Internet, water, gas and communal expenses. Electricity is not included. Towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels are provided unless you prefer to bring your own. Now, a little about me and the flat: this is my home for 2–4 months a year, so availability depends on my travel plans. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can stay at least two months, but feel free to check with me about specific dates. I’m looking for a responsible, trustworthy person (or couple) who’ll treat my home with care. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside—if you smoke, it’s balcony-only. No pets, no exceptions.
