Fully furnished with well-equipped kitchen including full-sized fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee machine and cooking utensils. All linens included - ready to move in! Dedicated workspace and laundry on-site. Access to backyard with BBQ and comfortable seating area for outdoor lounging. Access to shared storage room, including covered bike storage. 10 min subway, 15 bike-ride or 30 min walk to UofT. We work in the university sector with faculty at UofT, OCAD and TMU. We are looking for quiet and respectful tenants for a minimum 4-month stay. We live close by and are happy to orient our tenants to the neighbourhood.
