Beautiful home in north-central Boulder about a mile north of Pearl st. You can walk or bike to trails, schools, Whole Foods, and much more! CU Boulder is a quick bike ride or bus ride straight down Broadway. We live adjacent to the Growing Gardens that provides a CSA and a farm stand weekly. We have a seasonal creek (farmers ditch) that runs along our property from April to September, providing cool breezes, tubing opportunities or a just to sit on the bridge and soak your feet. Our house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office (open to the living room), living/dining/kitchen great room, and a workout area and bumper pool table in the basement. The main bedroom and en suite bathroom (shower) is on the second floor with tons of windows and sun overlooking the gardens. There is a small deck off of the main bedroom as well. Two other bedrooms are upstairs as well, with an additional bathroom with a tub. The fourth bedroom is in the basement. The third bathroom is on the main level, with a shower. So many windows and light in our home! We have a large shaded yard with lots of trees and large deck on the back of the house. It’s a beautiful setting. Review from other site: 5-Star Can’t wait to return! What a magical place! We spent 3 weeks enjoying the beauty and quiet of this North Boulder home. We loved all the windows and how the house sits up high, giving the effect of being up in the trees. This property overlooks the Growing Gardens and we were able to get vegetables from the garden every Wednesday, that our hosts had signed up for. The house is beautiful and the master bedroom is very large with a super comfortable King size bed. The view is lovely and the walk-in closet gave us plenty of room for our clothes and suitcases. We loved the kitchen and dining area. There was plenty of cabinet space for food, great cookware and knives, and terrific small and large appliances. The counters were spacious and wonderful for preparing food. The air conditioners in the bedrooms and downstairs cooled extremely well. The back porch was one of my favorite places as it is up high, surrounded by trees and you can see the creek, walking path and gardens. It was a short walk to the North Boulder Rec Center where we often went lap swimming. Tom, Holly and Cole are amazing hosts. They were great communicators and responded immediately to our emails and texts. I appreciated how they had thoughtfully labeled their cabinets and had a detailed booklet about the house. During our second week there we contacted them late in the day about a toilet that had just started running and Cole was there at 9:00 am the next morning to fix it!
