The space has a classic white wainscoting farmhouse style throughout the three rooms. The entire space is 28 x 24 and the main space 15x24 is tiled with areas rugs, queen bed, two dressers, loveseat sofa and flat screen TV/cable /Spectrum wifi. A newly 10x8 renovated tiled bathroom has double sinks vanity, with Carrara marble, large mirror and walk-in shower with a pebble tiled floor and deluxe shower head. Large extra cabinet for supplies. There are six windows thtorughout and two locking pocket doors that separate the space from stairway leading upstairs and the sauna room leading to the garage. - There are three openings windows and three glass blocks panels with sunlight from east, south and west The ceiling are 7 feet not 8 so better for a shorter person. The modest kitchenette (18x14 ) is equipped with a small electric stove, full fridge, a large microwave with convention oven, and small sink. There is an also a small enamels MCM kitchen table and chairs and all essentials including toaster, french press, coffee pot, all dish ware, silverware are stocked. There is also full size washer and dryer in this space. It was basically the laundry room with a second fridge before we added the makeshift kitchenette . Please note there are exposed rafters and duct work ( see photos )in the kitchenette and laundry area. The furnace , water heater and softener are behind a wall and occasionally needs to be accessed to change filters and add salt etc..
