Our home is on a one acre quiet lot across from Witty's Lagoon beach and Tower Point park in the rural district of Metchosin on the west side of Victoria. The space is a private 1-bedroom recently built suite above a large garage. It has a separate entrance and stairwell, a large open living room and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The suite is furnished and has a beautiful 3-piece bathroom with walk in rain shower. It has its own kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, kettle, coffeemaker and other appliances. During your stay you will have access to full kitchen and washer/dryer in the main house. The suite offers ocean and garden views from the large windows and its own balcony. The space is bright with lots of windows and heated by a heat pump and electric heaters. You have access to the private yard and garden and it is walking distance to a large park with trails, a waterfall, views over the ocean and mountains and several beaches. It is a 5-min drive from shopping and restaurants in the Royal Bay neighbourhood and 30 min to the centre of Victoria or University of Victoria. Comments: We live in Metchosin, a rural district on the western edge of the Victoria. We are across from Witty's Lagoon and Tower Point Park which has beaches, trails, waterfalls and beautiful views across the Juan de Fuca strait to the Olympic Mountains.
