I am a Professor at the Univ. of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. I only teach in the Spring semester and am renting out my Manhattan apartment while I am in North Carolina.

Comments: It is furnished and building has a 24/7 doorman. Also walking distance to Columbia/Barnard and to museum mile. The terrace has views of Central Park and Marcus Garvey Park. there is a 24-hour door person and a superintendent here 50-hours each week.
