Looking for exchange living in London, Paris, Madrid or elsewhere

I am a professor and want to write and explore the world. I'm low-maintenance. Neat, quiet, non-smoker, very sociable, delighted to either host you here, near NY, in exchange, or to exchange houses. No money exchange. I have a big bedroom and another room in my house, an old house, lovely furniture, warm and very comfortable. I am running a very successful Air BNB, a room in my house, with breakfast. It's a lovely area, very safe, quick train ride to NY (35 min.), near Newark Airport. Over the winter break, or spring break, I'd like to be in London or another part of the world in exchange.
