Our home is in one of the best neighbourhoods in London, Shoreditch/Hoxton, and is on a one-way residential street, just opposite to a small park. It is surrounded by great restaurants, local food markets, and around the corner an art house cinema and what we consider to be the best pub in London. A real neighbourhood feel, even though it could not be more centrally located. The canal is very close by, so it's beautiful walk to Camden Market (or Regents Park and beyond) or in the other direction, Victoria Park. Very close to: Columbia Road Flower market, Brick Lane, London Fields Super convenient for all transportation: less than ten-minute walk to underground and overground, many buses, close to Liverpool Street and King’s Cross station. Our house, which still has many of its original features, has tall ceilings, and big windows in most rooms. Entering into the house there is a hallway leading into a bright double reception room that is flooded with natural light from the beautiful dual aspect. Part of this room is currently used as an office. The stairs to the rear lead down to the kitchen that has a Rangemaster cooker, copper sink and flagstone flooring The dining area has parquet wood flooring and has double doors that open out to the patio garden to the rear. There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor and a small area with a washing machine. The upper two floors have 3 bedrooms (but only two will be rented). There is a large bathroom.with roll top bath and large walk in shower This is our personal home, and very dear to us. We are looking for someone who will take good care of it while we are away. Ideally we are looking for occupants who will want it the whole time we are away. Absolutely no parties, no smoking, no pets.
