Private washer/dryer and storage space a short flight down to the basement. The residence includes a four-season insulated sun room that opens to a large deck and backyard. The yard is great for playing, growing vegetables, and more. Driveway parking for two cars. Ideally situated near public transportation, you'll be close to Harvard Square, Mount Auburn Hospital, and the shops and grocery stores at both Coolidge Square and Watertown Square. the 73 and 71 buses offer quick transport to and from Harvard Square. Express buses in Watertown Square make traveling into Boston quick and direct. It's an easy commute to Cambridge, Boston, Waltham, Newton, and more. Short walks will take you to Hosmer elementary school around the corner, a sweet park a block away, and shops and restaurants on School and Belmont Streets. Utilities covered by the landlord include landscaping and snow removal, with tenants responsible for gas, water, electric, and internet. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Minimum lease of three months. Though we have not yet rented the unit on this site, we received our first review on another rental site as follows: April, 2025 "What a fabulous five month stay we had in Sasha's lovely home. The apartment is gorgeous, with spacious,well appointed rooms. Many happy hours were spent in the bright, inviting sunroom. The kitchen and dining room were big enough to prepare and serve many large family meals. Sasha was a most attentive, approachable "landlord" who always met our requests in a very timely manner. My only regret is that we couldn't stay long enough to enjoy the fantastic deck and yard. I cannot recommend this home highly enough."
