The flat is ideal for relaxing, working in peace and quiet, enjoying nature walks, while also being in the vibrant East London in a location that is well connected to central London. The flat is conveniently located in a clean, quiet and carefully maintained modern residential compound, just off the charming Church Street and the vibrant Stoke Newington High Street. Buzzing Dalston, Shoreditch, Hackney, Clapton, and Islington are a short bus ride away. The flat is a few minutes' walk from Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park and Manor House stations, so it has excellent underground and overground transport links, as well as plenty of busses that directly reach central London and the rest of Hackney and the East End. A bus stop is just outside the main gate, and several other bus stops are 10-15 minutes walk away. The residential compound has a main gate and two entry systems, so it's very safe and secure. The flat is fully furnished and is fitted to high standards with modern appliances in excellent condition, including an open plan kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and a large electric oven and hob and plenty of room for cooking. The living room is elegantly furnished with a comfy sofa that can turn into a bed, a dining table and an attractive wall-to-wall book case. The bedroom is spacious with a comfy double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a large bathtub and a powerful shower. The flat is on the second floor, which, along with the double glazed windows, keep the flat warm in colder months. I rarely, if ever, turn the electric heating on, even in the middle of winter.
