Comments: I'm renting my spacious 2 BR apartment + office, 3rd floor flat in a well-maintained pre-war building. I'm a former Assistant Professor John Jay College now working in law and documentary film. The apartment is a directly facing City College, a few blocks from St Nicholas Park, and walking distance to Morningside Heights. Other accessible landmarks include Riverside Church and Riverbank Park. 25 minutes to midtown. I will reduce the price a bit for a long term renter who is flexible about having me access the apartment about 1 day per month for access to storage and occasional sleeping when in transit overseas.
