Spacious sun filled suite in a house in Boston, Massachusetts

My husband and I are retirees who love to travel worldwide. Our house is a Victorian in Boston's Jamaica Plain historic German neighborhood. The space where you'll be staying is a sun filled furnished suite on the second floor of our house. It has three separate spaces. The bedroom area has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, dresser and sitting area. Next to the bedroom, separated by French doors, is the furnished office area and next to the office is the ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. The kitchen is on the first floor and the laundry area is in the basement. Both are shared with another housemate. This suite is for one person only (sorry, no couples). We are looking for a tidy and clean person. Mindful and respectful of others and that cleans after him/herself, specially in the common areas. If you do not clean and like to leave dishes and food out please do not apply. We are not obsessively clean but we like our place tidy and sanitary. Light cooking and no frying. This is a non smoking household. Jamaica Plain is a vibrant Boston neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Our house is a 10 mins. walk from the T's (Boston's subway system) Orange Line; 10 mins. walk from the 39 bus to Copley Square; and 15 mins. walk to Jamaica Pond and the Emerald Necklace. It is also close to Harvard University's Arnold Arboretum, Back Bay, the Longwood Medical Area, Mass College of Art and Northeastern University. Also close by are the MFA and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
