You are a 5 mn walk from the Mt-Royal mountain, next to the 55 bus and 10 mn from Sherbrooke metro. Parking permit upon request. Excludes electricity costs (ranges from 60 to 120 depending on usage and season). No animals or smoking. Will consider a rebate for single occupancy.
