This is an outstandingly charming, sunny, quiet, private, safe, newly fully furnished one bedroom apartment below a beautiful home in the Claremont neighborhood with Bay views and a private deck/patio and access to the backyard with an additional seating area. It's walking distance from UC Berkeley, BART (Train/Rockridge) and AC Transit (Bus), and is on a desirable walking street and neighborhood. We have had numerous UC Berkeley students reside here and have our own alumni group of residents that we still remain in contact with. The apartment includes one bedroom with a brand new queen bed, a split bathroom (shower off bedroom) and toilet/sink (between living/dinning room & kitchen), a fully stocked kitchen with brand new dishwasher, stove/range, and refrigerator, a large open office, living & dining room, high sped wifi internet service, smart TV, and a private deck and access to the backyard. We apologize that photos do not reflect the final furnished apartment as we are currently in the process of furnishing it. Parking for one car is reserved for you on the driveway, and free laundry (wash/dry) are available to you in the garage between 9am-10pm. There are multiple levels of stairs to navigate, so unfortunately our apartment unit is not accessible to all.
