Description
2 bedroom 2 bath house with one bedroom in located in the back and the other at the front of the house. There is an ample sized living room, and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer are located off the kitchen in a small room that leads to the backyard. The back patio is furnished with a table and chairs (covered with a shade structure) as well as comfy lounge furniture. There is a large grassy area as well as a small veggie garden. The backyard space is shared with us (owners of the duplex who live in top unit), and we hope to enjoy the lovely Berkeley weather with you from time to time! P.S. we are happy to do a video tour as we know the pictures cannot do it justice!

Comments: This house is the downstairs unit of a duplex. We (the owners) live in the top unit with our two dogs. If you are planning on bringing a dog we would just want to make sure that our fur babies get along!
