The place is warm, welcoming and very private. It is the lower half of an over/under duplex. I live in the upper half. The unit is comfortablly fully furnished large one bedroom with full bath en suite. There is laundry in the unit as well as AC. There is a full kitchen supplied with all the usual cooking paraphenalia. There is a large deck out front and a nice view of Lake Union and Queen Anne. The space is bright and artisic with a mid-century vibe. You should find every comfort for your stay. I live alone and travel somewhat regularly.

Comments: A completely private fully furnished independant half of a duplex. It has a bit of the treehouse about it because of being above the street. Private, comfortable, welcoming space.
