This apartment is a lovely one bedroom in the heart of Melbourne. Directly opposite big, beautiful parklands and close to shops, some of Melbourne's trendiest restaurants and within walking distance of several Universities and hospitals. The apartment has year-round light as both facing north and on the top floor. It is very quiet and well connected to public transport (trams, buses and trains) as well as having an underground, secure carpark. The apartment faces onto the beautiful interior gardens of the apartment block. Carlton is one of Melbourne's loveliest neighbourhoods with excellent restaurants, bars, parks and shops. Only a 5-10min walk into the heart of Melbourne's CBD. The apartment has all that's required, split system heating and cooling, washing machine, dishwasher, shower and bath. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. This place has been my home when I was in Melbourne and will happily share my Carlton favourites (restaurants, cafes, bookstores and cinemas) to make the most of your stay in Carlton.
