In one of Boulder's most desirable historic neighborhoods, walking distance to hiking trails, Pearl Street Mall & University of Colorado's campus. We love sharing our home with friends and family. Now that our our kids are grown we'd like to share our home with you. The space is filled with love and all that is needed for a family to spend a wonderful year in Boulder. You can start your day in a meditation/yoga room looking out to the mountains and end it after a beautiful hike or walk to Pearl Street on a big comfy couch, snuggling in to enjoy loads of movies or your favorite series on Apple TV. We care deeply about nature and the environment. All the sheets are organic, the pillows are clean, the beds have down comforters and the cleaning products are mostly green. You will find lots of dishes and cloth napkins and loads of essentials for cooking. You will see the signs of a family home all over the place including games, books to read at bedtime, and a big tub to soak in while looking up at the stars. Most of all, we hope you will feel at home and make some beautiful memories! Many have already been made in the sweet historic home. We have rented to many families from all over who have come to Boulder to spend time at the University of Colorado and the national laboratories. We are open to well-behaved pets. We have a dog door and a large yard for kids and a dog. There is a separate basement apartment with a very quiet tenant.
