My husband and I are semi-retired academic professionals. We live in Calgary, Alberta and own a lovely condo in Nanaimo, BC. We have family members five minutes from the condo who are available to help out if needed (key pickups, any trouble shooting or questions). Recent short-term rental changes in BC (May 1, 2024) prohibit rentals of less than 90 days but we are open to longer periods of time (3-8 months). The condo is a short drive to Vancouver Island University but in a beautiful location for relaxing, writing, creating--the options are endless. Very quiet workspace in second bedroom. We are open to a couple with children.
